山东康格能源科技有限公司位于孔孟之乡大运河畔的山东济宁市北郊，公司依托山东省充填开采工程技术研究中心、山东省泰山学者专家团队和山东能源淄矿集团，以矿山绿色充填开采、充填系统托管运营为核心业务，延伸开展充填材料研发、生产销售；新能源；煤炭开采技术研发；矿山工程设计，施工；机械设备租赁与销售；机电设备安装与维修；煤炭生产加工、销售；发电、售电服务；供热、供水服务；建筑材料加工销售等作为发展业务。目前，公司建成了3套先进的膏体充填示范工程，主导设计正在施工建设的充填系统3套，托管运营的充填站2处，1套高水充填系统和1套原矸充填系统，拥有231人的专业化充填队伍，其中泰山学者特聘专家教授1人，博士3名，硕士2名，工程技术应用研究员6名。具有丰富的管理经验，技术水平高，为扩大充填业务提供了有力的保障。

Shandong Kangge Energy Technology Co., Ltd is located in the northern suburbs of Jining in Shandong Province, which is the hometown of Confucius and Mencius. Relying on  Shandong province filling mining engineering technology research center, Shandong Taishan scholar expert team and  Shandong energy Zibo mining group, the company takes the green filling mining and filling system custody operation as its core business and extends to carry out filling material development, production sales, new energy sources, research and development of coal mining technology, mining engineering design and construction, mechanical equipment leasing, coal production, processing and sales, electricity generation and sales, heating and water service, construction materials processing sales etc. At present, the company has built three advanced paste filling demonstration projects, led the design of three filling systems under construction, two managed filling stations, one high water filling system and one original gangue filling system. The company has a profession filling team of 231 persons, among which there are 1 distinguished expert professor of Taishan Scholar, 3 doctors and 2 masters, and 6 researchers of engineering technology application with rich management experience, which provide a strong guarantee for expanding filling business.
